Nothing like a nice, fresh, only-just-slightly-different design to usher in the new year.

slick.
snazzy
Thanks :)
Very 2007-esque. I like it, feels clean, but also cool and original.
Matt, i love your work and your previous site, but personally i find the black scheme very hard on the eyes, call me old fashioned by i still like white :D
Aw, sorry to hear that. I’m not going to change it though :)
of course, I understand.:P Aren’t you also part of the design crew who is working on the new blender.org? Are you the reason why the new site is black, too?
Yes, and yes, kinda, though it’s nothing to do with this. We just thought it would be nice for a change, and a bit more professional looking (i.e. apple pro apps). The blender site was actually designed a long while ago last year, it just took a long time for the admins to find the time to change it all over.
