I was playing around with Processing last weekend, trying ideas for some kind of random generated circular continuous line drawing code, but I got a bit sidetracked with happy mistakes and found myself with this little sketch.

I’ve got some interesting ideas for the original concept, but I don’t know when I’ll get a chance to do more on it, so may as well just post this simple thing here now as an aside :)

Hi, I saw you made the template for www.blender3d.com - which is soo beautiful I was wondering if you have released it somewhere…

Just one question though - The menu’s used to be animated, but now they’re not anymore? Even the non-animated transpearant ones are still great, but the animated menus were so cool.

Please excuse my English - I’m a lazy native speaker :D

Hi Jordan, sorry for the late response! The template isn’t released anywhere, and actually it’s been changed a lot since I last touched it. Bart Veldhuizen ( http://www.vrotvrot.com ) set up Typo3 there last year or so, and has managed converting it all to Typo3 templates rather than straight PHP as it used to be. This is one of the reasons it’s not animated any more, since it doesn’t really work well in the new Typo3 system. The menus were (and still to some extent) using ypSlideOutMenus, the code is available for free at http://www.youngpup.net.
